Concordia Realty Corporation was founded in 1989 to provide leasing and property management services to third party owners. Since then, the company has grown to specialize in aggressive repositioning of shopping centers, multifamily residential, multi-tenant office/industrial and freestanding commercial properties that create new value for their own account and third party partners.

Our company has always focused on finding the hidden value in underutilized real estate, and we continually strive to realize the full potential of a property with thorough research, intensive hands-on management, and innovative development and financing techniques. The Riverwalk Skydan-Concordia recently completed an upscale sixty (60) unit residential development consisting of two six story buildings each containing thirty (30) units situated along the Des Plaines River.
